Reservations:
For
reservations please contact:

All reservations must be made by an adult age 21 or
over.
Reservations made under a false pretense will
be subject to eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
All reservations are subject to a $20 reservation fee.
Payment:
A pre-payment of ½ of total due is required for all
reservations.
The remainder to be paid upon
arrival.
All reservations are subject to local
lodging taxes of 6%.
All balances are due 30 days
prior to arrival, please mail a check or money order for this
payment.
There will be a $25 fee for all returned
checks.
Cancellations/Refunds:
Reservation cancelled less than 30 prior to the scheduled arrival date will
forfeit the pre-payment of $200.
Reservations
cancelled more than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date are subject to a
$25 cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be given for
early departures.
Refunds or rate adjustments will
not be given for any unforeseen circumstances.
Check In:
Homes will be
available at 3PM for check in.
Upon arrival at the home please make a through inspection and report
any damages.
Occupancy:
The total number
of persons allowed in the property at any time is restricted to the stated
limit.
No Pets - No
Exceptions
Check Out:
Check Out time is promptly at 11 AM - Late Checkouts are not
permitted.
Lost keys will be
billed at $10 each.
· Remove all food from the refrigerator
· Leave furniture as you found
it
· Put all garbage in bags and place in the
provided trash cans
· Set all thermostats to
55 degrees
· Close and Lock all windows and
doors
· Leave all keys in the
lockbox
Cleaning:
Cleaning provided.
Damages:
You are responsible for any and all damages
that occur to the property or it's contents by you or any other member of your
group while you are the registered occupant of the
property.
Lost and
Found:
Sunny Storm is not responsible
for items left in the property. Unclaimed items found in the property will be
held for 30 days only.
If you request that we return
an item left in a property we will ship it to you COD.
There is a $10 fee in addition to shipping costs for all items
shipped back to you.
We cannot guarantee a timely
return of items left behind.
Smoking:
There is absolutely no smoking in our
home.
PLEASE - Do Not Cook CRAB In The
Home!
Representatives of management or owners may enter the premises at any
reasonable time to make repairs. Management will not be held responsible for
acts of theft or vandalism or other damages to the guest personal items left in
the unit.
Neither management, nor the owner is
responsible for personal items left on the premises by guests upon departure.
Units may not be sublet.
The renter named in this agreement will be
responsible for themselves and all guests whether they are registered in the
rental unit or not.
The renter acknowledges
that Sunny Storm, property owner, can not be held responsible regardless of
fault, for any accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by the renter, members
of their party or any other guests which the renter or their party have allowed
access to the property, regardless if said loss is a result directly or
indirectly from acts of god, danger incident to the sea, any body of water,
fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts of government or other
authorities, delays or cancellations of or changes in itineraries or schedule
or from acts of omission of any airline.
Furthermore, the renter will release and hold harmless any and
all parties involved with the rental, management and reservations of the
property and to release and hold harmless it's owners or representatives for
any loss or damage to personal property or for any injury and/or
death.
My
signature below signifies that I have read and understand all of the policies
and procedures set forth above.
Furthermore I agree
that any and all members of my party are also bound by and agree to abide by
the policies and procedures set forth above.
